| `Escape`  | Un-focus inputs, select and text areas |
| `Tab`     | Focus next input                       |

## Assignations

| `M`      | Assign to me      |
| `A`      | Assign to someone |

| Shortcut       | Description                                          |

| `Right`        | Alert details: Next alert                            |
| `Left`         | Alert details: Previous alert                        |
| `E`            | Alert details: Expand/Collapse customer details      |
| `C`, `Shift+C` | Alert details: Go to customer (shift for a new page) |
| `U`            | Alert details: Update EDD status                     |
